Simple, upfront fees

Buyers pay a 5% service fee and 2.9% + $0.30 payment processing. We keep a 8% platform commission.

Free tickets are free: no fees for you or your guests. Tax is added at checkout only when you turn it on for your event.

Questions organizers ask

Creating events and free tickets is free. For paid tickets a small service fee and commission apply per ticket - you choose whether buyers pay the service fee or you absorb it. Current rates are shown when you create tickets.

Your earnings for each event are shown live in Payouts. Payouts are sent to the bank details in your settings after the event, with a statement for every payment.

Put your tickets in the same release group and order them. The next tier goes on sale automatically as soon as the one before it sells out or reaches its end date - no need to stay up at midnight switching prices.

Open Door in your dashboard, add your door staff and share the scanner link. They scan QR codes from any phone, and you see live check-in numbers. The scanner keeps working offline and syncs when the connection returns.

Yes. Under Promote you can create tracked promoter links and promo codes, set commissions and see exactly which sales each promoter brought in.

Yes. From Guests you can issue complimentary or box office tickets. They are delivered by email with a QR code like any other ticket and appear in your reports.
